STUDENT HANDBOOK

Spring '24 Memory Verse Tests

January 11 - Romans 15:5-6

May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

January 18 - Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

January 25 - Romans 3:23

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

February 1 - Romans 5:1

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

February 8 - Romans 5:8

But God shows His love for us in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

February 22 - Romans 5:10

For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by His life.

February 28 - Romans 6:1-2

What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it?

March 7 - Romans 6:13

Do not present your members to sin as instruments for unrighteousness, but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and your members to God as instruments for righteousness.

March 14 - Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

March 21 - Romans 8:1

There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

March 28 - Romans 8:28

And we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.

April 11 - Romans 8:37-39

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

April 18 - Romans 10:9-10

Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

April 25 - Romans 10:13

For "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

May 2 - Romans 12:1-2

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

May 9 - Romans 15:5-6

May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
